- Our products are fully handmade and customized according to your specifications. This ensures uniqueness and high quality, reducing the likelihood of defects.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Defective Products: If you receive a product that has a defect or an issue, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
- Other Issues: If there is any other issue with your product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to discuss possible solutions.
3. Exchange Process
- To request an exchange, please email us at info@nbcrochet.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective product.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the defective product.
- Once we receive the defective product, we will begin crafting a replacement for you.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued if a replacement cannot be provided for a defective product.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
