1. Advance Payment Requirement

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement. This policy ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources and time to create your handmade crochet products.
  • We will not start crafting your order until full payment has been received.

3. Payment Process

  • Once you place your order, please follow the instructions provided to complete the payment using your chosen method.
  • After we receive the full payment, we will begin processing your order. Please note that creating handmade products takes time, and your order will be completed within approximately three (3) weeks.

4. Order and Payment Confirmation

  • Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
  • After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a payment confirmation email. This email will confirm that we have received your payment and that we will begin crafting your order.
